The time comes to swallow your pride and just be old. Today is National Senior Citizens Day. Honor the elderly, make fun of their blue hair, and beware of all the smiling teeth laying around. Because they still get the best parking spots, the hottest dates, and all the discounts. They know how to get what they want. Just like Biddy. |

Envy the Elderly
You never see older folks driving down the road with cell phones at their ears. I do envy the elderly because they've lived long enough to know how to savor and enjoy their leisure time. All our gadgets and technology just allow us to work even harder and rob us of quiet time, time that we would spend contemplating, thinking, enjoying, relaxing. Thanx for the reminder, Zane.
