Make Your Own Brew with Mr. BeerĀ®

Mr. Beer Deluxe Brewing Kit

I gave my husband one of these Mr. Beer® Microbrewery kits for Christmas a while back, and now he keeps us supplied with great, fresh, home brewed beer. It's so much better than the stuff from the store!

West Coast Pale Ale is included with kit. All beer mixes are made of 100% natural ingredients with no additives preservatives.

Hint: Get a second carboy (the keg fermenter) and you can stagger your batches for a constant supply.

Hot Beer? No Way!

Ice Jacket for your beer!

Me, drink warm beer? Are you NUTS? Only the Brits drink warm beer.  Here in the States we prefer our beer ice cold, so bringng home a warm 6 pack and having to wait for the chill to set in is excruciating.

If you keep one (or more) of these Vacu Vin Rapid Ice Beer Coolers in your freezer you can cool a bottle in a breezy 5 minutes. Just enough time to fix a snack to go with your nice, cold brew.

Just in time for summer!

Beer - It's What's for Dinner

Now we're cooking - with beer!

Got beer?

Got beer left over from last night's party that just isn't your favorite brew? Or maybe you know someone that has a slightly different cooking style that doesn't mind pouring one into his favorite chili recipe.

I have tried Broccoli Cheese Soup and Fish and Chips with a traditional beer batter, and I have to admit that the beer does add something to the taste.

This cookbook has 101 recipes for cooking with beer.  Enjoy!

Beer Can Appreciation Day

Sign of Beer Humor It's all about the can on this day, Beer Can Appreciation Day!  Way back in 1935 the first beer can hit the market and it hasn't stopped since.  Beer can collecting has become a popular hobby among beer connoisseurs.  Believe it or not there are some beer cans that are worth money, to the right person of course.  Celebrate this day with perfecting how to drink the beer from a can with minimal damage to the can, this way you can add it to your collection.  Hint...drink upside down.  With that hint, I thought this sign from Personalized Sign Shop would be appropriate for this day.

Stupid Questions and Beer

What's the Question? sign This is like a bonus day with a bonus gift!  Two holidays in one, if you will.  The celebration of today is Drink Beer Day and Ask a Stupid Question Day.  Give this gift to anyone as a double surprise, and a small reminder... when there's beer, who cares what the question was.
