The Time It Is A-Changin'

Atomic Bathroom Clock

If you live in the US then you know it's coming - the dreaded Daylight Saving Time! Just when you think you have it all under control WHAM! they go and change the time on you. Fall back, fall forward - who knows? With the Atomic Digital Alarm Clock you'll always know the correct time because it's linked in to the time signal of the atomic clock in Colorado. The suction cup on the back lets you stick it on the bathroom mirror or tile wall.

Great idea, Benjamin Franklin. Thanks a lot.  :d

Need Some Light Therapy?

Desktop Light Therapy Box

Don't you just hate it! As soon as you get used to the daylight coming earlier every morning as winter wanes, they go and change to that stupid Daylight Saving Time and mess you all up again! If this iritates you even more than it does the rest of us, then you might need The Desktop Light Therapy Box. It is a safe, drug-free way to counteract the effects of work fatigue, jet lag, and Seasonal Affective Disorder (SAD), a psychological phenomenon that effects a lot of Americans. It's also good for people in places that have really long winters.

At 5 1/2  inches tall, it will fit on almost any desk or bedside. Turn it on!

Are We Saving Daylight?

Energy Kit

If you didn't know, Daylight Saving Time started today.   You are supposed to "Spring forward" and turn your clocks up an hour.  They try to make it sound like a fun thing but what this acutally means is that you will lose an hour of your precious, all to quick already, weekend.

The purpose of Daylight Saving Time is to make better use of the daylight, i.e. conserve energy.  Is that really what happens?  You have more daylight, so you do more things, stay out later, run the air conditioning longer.  Getting my point?  The good thing about this is that people are generally more happy this time of year.  Warmth and sun will always do a body good!
