Here in the south, it just isn't a holiday without pecan pie. This one has a different twist - chocolate! Yes, this Chocolate Pecan Pie is made with sweet butter, whole eggs, brown sugar and crisp Southern pecans – with a scoop of chocolate chips for good measure. Then they drizzle more chocolate on top! Heaven on a plate! |

Metro Atlantans usually just go to the Toco Hills Publix for Kosher specialties, but if you know one of the few people that actually cook, this book is for them. Let's face it, you can only eat so many of those macaroons out of the can! |

If that is true then I had better buy stock in Green Mountain Coffee, because I would hate for all that tradition to fade away. With a hint of praline, it's a hit any time of the day. Is everybody ready for cake? Today, you better be. It's National Spongecake Day. And doesn't this Chocolate Marquis just look moist and succulent. The ingredients: chocolate, spongecake, and yumminess; the nutritional info: fattening, full of calories, and delicious... what more do you need to know? Dieting and losing weight, cheating and splurging, it's all the same. So ladies, get down off your stairsteppers, men blow the air out of your chests, and ya'll give the people at the gym a break.
