I said I was fixin' to do something the other day and of course I caught you know what for it.  Ok, ok, I know the way I use fixin' is not correct.  Everytime I say I'm fixin' dinner the response is, "Why? Is it broken?"  Very funny!

Put on your walking shoes and walk to work.  It's National Walk to Work Day.  There are many reasons why everyone should celebrate this day.  First being you will save the gas.  With the price of gas these days, that could be big.  If walking to work is not an option, take time out during the day to walk.  This brings us to our second reason, and the reason this holiday was created.  It's healthy!  We have all become to dependant on our cars that we just don't walk anymore.  It is recommended that you walk at least 30 minutes per day.  Just 30 minutes can make such a difference.   So, get off your buns today and walk, walk for your health!
