Honoring the Working Woman

On this day, International Women's Day, there will be celebrations around the world honoring women. Men will be honoring their wives, mothers, girlfriends, and colleagues with flowers and small gifts. Okay so it's really only an official holiday in Armenia, Russia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bulgaria, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Macedonia, Moldova, Mongolia, Tajikistan, Ukraine, Uzbekistan and Vietnam, but we also celebrate it in the US. So today, make sure you honor those women in your life! |
