I love photography at night. I used to take long time exposures and have my friends run around with lit sparklers so that the image would be lit with trails of sparkling light. I guess that's why I like this photo of a Mosque Lit up for Ramadan, off the shore of the Nile River across from Zamalek in Cairo. Available in 8"x10", Jimmy Dunn has done a wonderful job with this subject.
Eid al-Adha or the Festival of Sacrifice begins at sundown. It is a religious festival celebrated by Muslims worldwide in commemoration of the willingness of Ibrahim (Abraham) to sacrifice his son.
