Everyday Needs to be April Fool's Day!
Posted Tuesday, April 1st, 2008 by Ms. Gadget![]() |
Today is April Fool's Day, a day that is set aside for practical jokes and fun. I believe that this day needs to be celebrated on more, especially in the workplace. This Sonic Grenade is a great way to have some fun in the office, or at home to wake up sleepy-headed teenagers. If you visit the Vat19 site, and watch the product video, you will see that this can be used to get out of meetings. If you want to start having more fun around the office then here are few pranks to help you started.....cover everything in your co-workers office in aluminum foil, post-it notes, newspaper, or fill it with packing peanuts; send out a memo from the company President that everyone must go to the bathroom in alphabetical order; every time someone asks you to do something, ask them if they want fries with that; tape over optical mouse lens; tape everything down to the desk with double-sided tape.

I Quit!

Ha! April Fool's! I'm sure you fell for that one. If you didn't know, today is April Fool's Day. Also, today is National Fun at Work Day. These types of shooters were a staple in our offices for a while. There were a couple of people that made it a competition on who could find the biggest, and fastest shooting gun. I had to compete just to defend myself as it seemed I was always being shot at. (Just for you EA) Oh, the good ole' days! Watch out guys, the guns just might come out on this day! |

Make Cleaning Your Desk Fun!
Posted Monday, March 31st, 2008 by Ms. Gadget![]() |
Is your desk so cluttered that it would take a demolition crew to clean it up? Well, this mini radio-controlled forklift will make cleaning your work space fun. Your work space can defiantly represent your personality, and there is a big difference between a cluttered work space, and a messy work space. A cluttered desk may have a few post-it notes, with a few piles of papers or books, but in general it is clean. People with these types of desk are creative and productive. There is the saying, "a cluttered desk is a sign of genius". Now a messy desk is just a chaotic mess, where they can not find anything, and are not productive. They fit the saying, "a messy desk is only a sign of a messy desk."

Use a Paddle to Settle Office Disputes
Posted Wednesday, March 26th, 2008 by Ms. Gadget![]() |
Have you ever had an issue at your workplace that could not be resolved? Well, to settle your next office disagreement get out the paddles and ball. Winner takes all, their idea goes, and don't forget the nice bonus of office bragging rights. A few times at losing in front of co-workers will make everyone want to pick their battles carefully. All those little picky complaints will soon stop, or everyone in the office may be on the next Olympic Ping Pong Team, excuse me Table Tennis Team.
