I Am Crushing You! (pinch pinch)

Wall Mount Can Crusher

Okay, so maybe so didn't watch the Kids in the Hall and you didn't get the (pinch pinch) reference. Sorry. But this Wall Mounted Can Crusher will make light work of crushing your aluminum cans. That makes them a lot easier to recycle, whether you donate them to a local school, turn them in for cash, or place them in a recycle bin, those cans will take up a lot less space if you are crushing them.

Also works to take out a little frustration at the end of the day.

"I am crushing you!"

Don't Throw It Out

Don't Throw It Out Book

When I first saw this title I thought of my mother, because she is always fussing at me for being a pack rat. "Get rid of all that mess!", she tells me. But I know that as soon as I throw it out I will need it (whatever "it" happens to be.)

As it turns out, this book has practical, money-saving ideas for making things last longer, brought to you by Lori Baird and the editors of Yankee Magazine. It tells you how to maximise the value of just about everything you own, plus how to learn to say good–bye to possessions by recycling, donating, selling or tossing.

Wow, gotta hand it to those frugal Yankees. My hat's off to ya.

Laser Scissors

Laser Scissor

Sure, I know you're thinking the same thing I was thinking - Laser Scissors? Cool! Scissors that cut with a laser!

Well, these are actually laser guided scissors. Mounted on the handle of the scissors is a laser light beam used to guide you while cutting for accurate straight cuts.

Micro serrated edges cut cleanly, regardless of whether you are cutting paper for scrap booking or a school project, fabric for a quilt or hemming a pair of trousers. And let's not forget those presents!

(Attention Star Wars fans - you are allowed to hum while using these scissors. Wooooom Woooooom....)

Split Magnetic Eyeglasses

Click Reading Glasses I first saw these Clic Reading Glasses used by a coroner on a tv show. I thought they were a great idea. I finally found them online at Wireless. They have two powerful magnets on the nose bridge that hold the glasses together. Just pull them apart and they hang around your neck. They are available in several magnifications. Cool!
