Eco Retro Mixing Bowl Set

Confetti Mixing Bowl Set These festive bowls remind me of Grandma's 50's kitchen from my childhood - colorful aluminum glasses, milkshake blenders, metal edged countertops and those color flecked kitchen tables with vinyl padded metal chairs. This 4 Piece Confetti Mixing Bowl Set has heavy duty bowls made from recycled melamine so they're eco-friendly and dishwasher safe, too. Kind of reminds me of the color wheel that came with the aluminum Christmas tree...

Like Omigod, a Totally Rad Cassette Purse!

Loungefly Black Retro Cassette Tote Bag

It's like I'm in a time warp and I can't stay away from gifts that remind me of the 80's.  If you have fond memories of cassette tapes, cassingles, and mixtapes then this Retro Cassette Black Tote Bag from Moodswings Inc. will make a great bag to carry along all your stuff.  This bag has me thinking back to the 80's, remember...

  • You remember Kenny Loggins telling us to "cut footloose".  Did you hear they are making a remake of Footloose and it is going to star Zac Efron, sorry no one can live up to Kevin Bacon's performance.
  • You could easily be a superhero with Underoos, and you found yourself spinning in your kitchen saying "Wonder Woman, Wonder Woman."
  • You can just hear the song "Eye of the Tiger" and it makes you want to jump in a boxing ring a go a few rounds with Mr. T.
  • Remember that at every party the Beastie Boys song "Fight for Your Right to Party" was played.  "You wake up late for school man, you don't wanna go"...

45 RPM Adapter Necklace

45 RPM Adapter Necklace I was watching Survivor: Gabon the other night and I saw a young woman wearing this 45 RPM Adapter Necklace. I thought it looked familiar, so I looked around and found it on Perpetual Kid. I wonder, does she even know what this is? Has she ever even SEEN a 45 record, much less tried to use one of these adapters to play it on a turntable? Now, if I was going to be on Survivor, I would try to get in something a little bit more usefull than this sterling silver pendant. Heck, if it was steel she might be able to make fire with it, at least!

I Pity the Fool that Doesn't Love the 80's!

A-Team T-Shirt

You know that you love the 80's.  If you think that the TV shows from the 80's were most triumphant, then here are a few questions to test your knowledge...

  • What is the connection between the A-Team and Battle Star Galactica?
  • From the show Full House, What is Uncle Jesse's real first name?
  • What planet is ALF from?
  • Mork and Mindy was a spinoff show of what sitcom?

You Cannot Remove the Stickers from this Cube!

Retro Cube Speaker and Mood Light

If you grew up in the 80's then you had a Rubik's Cube and spent many frustrating hours trying to solve this puzzle.  It was totally bogus, and you eventually gave up and slung the thing across the room, took it apart, or removed all the stickers to make it look like you actually solved the stupid thing.  Even though that cube made you angry those cubes bring back fond memories of the 80's.  If you are looking for a cube that will not make you angry then this Retro Cube Speaker and Mood Light from Perpetual Kid will make you totally happy!  This is a great gift for the music-lover that likes to entertain, because this speaker changes color and flashes in response to the music you play.  That is wicked cool!

Here we go again!  You totally to the max love the 1980's if...

  • If you still exercise using Get In Shape Girl products.
  • You still want to be a Solid Gold Dancer.
  • When getting ready for a date you still use a hair crimper.
  • You believe that "The Littles" live in your house.
  • If you can name all the Thundercats.

Do you have a difficult time getting out of the bed in the morning and you are totally addicted to your snooze button?  Then this Puzzle Alarm Clock will have you popping out of bed every morning.  No more hitting that snooze button because this clock sends the pieces of the puzzle flying when the alarm goes off, and you cannot turn it off until you get the puzzle pieces back in the holes.  This clock will definitely get your blood flowing and your brain working to get you wide awake and moving.  This clock is like that Perfection game that came out in the 70's, I can remember playing this game growing up and it always stressed me out.  This clock will have you waking up just like the song from the commercials would say, "Put the pieces in place, but don't be slow.  Cause with Perfection you gotta move real fast, move real fast!

Unleash Your Inner Robot Rock Star!

Rocking Robot

This unique Rock Star Robot Statue is a great way to decorate your home with geeky style.  This eco-friendly piece of art is handmade using recycled picnic jugs, thermoses, and vacuum cleaner tubes.

It is like Bender from Futurama meets The King of Rock-n-Roll!  The King never had to fake any of his talent.  So if you are thinking about "faking it" till you "make it"  just remember what Bender said when he had the bright idea about "faking it" on stage, " I was a hero to broken robots, because I was one of them!  But how can I sing about being damaged if I'm not?  That's like Christina Aguilera singing in Spanish. Wait, that's it - I'll fake it!"

You Are Getting Very... Cross eyed

Dizzy Cutting Board

"Wow man, that's cool!  It's like all the circles are moving.  How does it do that?"

Sound like something Bill or Ted would say?

Believe it or not, this is a cutting board.  I hope it comes with a warning because to me this looks like it could be dangerous.
