When you think tweed, do you think itchy? Just looking at tweed makes me itch. On this day, Tweed Day, you should wear tweed. While this is a very warm woven material, hats and suits are made of tweed. This material originated from Scotland and is more popular in the north. When I think of tweed I think of Sherlock Holmes. Wasn't his hat and cape made of tweed in some of the movies? |
