Belgian or American

Today is National Waffle Day. Cornelius Swarthout pantented the first U.S. Waffle Iron on this day in 1869.  Several countries have their own variety of waffles. Some are flat while others are thick and fluffy. In some countries waffles are sold by street vendors. The real questions is how do you eat your waffle? Do you just poor syrup over the waffle and dig in or do you have to have butter and syrup in each indivual square?  If you know a waffle connoisseur a gift idea for them would be this Waffle Belt Buckle instead of a waffle iron.

Butter Every Square

Waffle Buckle It seems like everyday can be represented in some way or another by food.  Today is no exception.  However, today's gift is no ordinary food item.  Today is National Waffle Day, and who would've guessed waffles have been around since the 13th century.  The waffle belt buckle with enough butter to cover every square!  From Jon Wye, for men or women who wish they could pour syrup on their crotch all day long but are prevented by social convention.
